Oil Can

Elevator oil can is an auxiliary spare part used to ensure regular and controlled lubrication of rope and guide systems in elevator installations. It reduces wear and provides quiet and long-lasting operation.

Proper lubrication of ropes and guide surfaces in elevator systems is essential for system performance and long service life. The elevator oil can is a practical maintenance solution that ensures this lubrication process is continuous and controlled, reducing the need for manual intervention.

The oil contained in the reservoir is delivered evenly to the rope or guide surface through a wick or controlled flow mechanism. This prevents problems such as excessive or insufficient lubrication. Regular lubrication reduces friction, lowering noise levels and minimizing mechanical wear.

The durable plastic reservoir and metal support structure allow the oil can to be securely positioned in the elevator shaft or machine room. Thanks to its design compatible with different mounting types, it can be easily used in both new installations and maintenance or modernization projects of existing systems.

Using an elevator oil can makes maintenance processes more organized and predictable. The surface structure of ropes and guides is preserved, system efficiency increases, and the risk of mechanical failures decreases. This provides a significant advantage, especially in heavily used elevators.

Although oil cans are a small component among elevator spare parts and maintenance equipment, they directly affect system health. Proper use of an elevator oil can contributes to quieter, safer, and longer-lasting elevator operation.
