Anchor Bolt

Elevator anchor bolt is a high-strength mounting element used to securely fix door components, lock mechanisms, guide rail connections, and various elevator parts to concrete or structural surfaces. Considering vibration, load, and continuous movement in elevator systems, the quality of the anchor bolt directly affects system safety.

Elevator anchor bolts are among the unseen yet most critical components of elevator installation. They ensure that door locks, mechanical mounting brackets, load-bearing elements, and fixed accessories are securely attached to structural surfaces. Installations performed without proper anchors may quickly lead to loosening, misalignment, and vibration-related failures.

Manufactured with high-strength metal bodies, elevator anchor bolts provide maximum holding performance on reinforced concrete surfaces. Operating with a mechanical expansion principle, these anchors lock into the surface during tightening, ensuring long-term and secure fastening. This feature is especially critical for the dynamic loads generated by elevator door systems.

In elevator applications, an anchor bolt is not just a fastening element but a load transfer point. Impacts, vibrations, and sudden load changes that occur during door opening and closing are directly transferred to the structure through these anchors. Low-quality or non-standard anchors may loosen over time and disrupt the alignment of the entire system.

CE-certified anchor bolts compliant with elevator standards can be safely used in both new installation projects and modernization works. Especially in renovation projects for older buildings, selecting the correct anchor bolt is one of the most important factors determining the durability of the installation.

With their adaptable design suitable for various mounting surfaces, elevator anchor bolts provide full compatibility with door lock mechanisms and different fixing brackets. While offering easy installation, they also minimize the risk of deformation during removal and reinstallation processes.
