Flat Flexible Pad

Flat flexible pad is a polyurethane-coated spare part with a metal carrier body used in elevator systems to absorb vibration, friction, and impact effects.

Flat flexible pad is a critical elevator spare part used to reduce impact, vibration, and friction effects that occur between moving components and fixed surfaces in elevator systems. The metal carrier body shown in the product provides secure mounting and high mechanical strength, while the polyurethane flexible surface performs vibration damping.

The polyurethane surface offers high resistance to friction and wear. This structure protects the contacting mechanical components, reduces noise levels, and enables quieter system operation. It is especially effective in absorbing micro-impacts that occur during cabin movement.

The metal body design ensures that the pad remains stable during installation and prevents deformation during long-term use. Thanks to its mounting holes, it can be safely integrated into different elevator systems, making it suitable for both new installations and maintenance or modernization projects.

Its flat form allows easy use even in narrow spaces. It is commonly preferred in guide rail systems, under-cabin applications, and mechanical contact points. When positioned correctly, it balances load distribution within the system and extends the lifespan of mechanical components.

In elevator systems, vibration control is important not only for comfort but also for safety. The use of a flat flexible pad increases system stability and helps create a more controlled and long-lasting operating environment.
