20x0,75 TTR Cables

The 20x0.75 elevator pit TTR cable is a flexible 20-core cable used in elevator pits for sensors, safety circuits, and auxiliary lines that require low power. It provides organized and reliable wiring for applications requiring multiple signal lines.

20x0.75 elevator pit TTR cable consists of 20 conductors, each with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², enabling dense control, signal, and low-power energy lines to be safely carried through a single cable in elevator pit applications. Since sensors, safety circuits, control signals, auxiliary lighting, and additional control lines operate together in the pit area, cables with a high number of conductors provide a significant advantage in installation planning.

The 20-core structure allows multiple functions to be combined within a single cable. This reduces cable congestion, keeps connection points more organized, and allows installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting operations in the elevator pit to be carried out more quickly. This structure provides a major advantage especially in modern elevator systems where the number of sensors and control points continues to increase.

Thanks to its copper conductor structure, the cable offers low conductor resistance and maintains an air current carrying capacity of 6 A according to the specified technical values. This feature contributes to safe energy transmission in elevator pit circuits that require low power but operate continuously.

Its flexible structure facilitates installation in confined, hard-to-access, and vibration-prone areas within the elevator pit. Mechanical stress caused by vibration and movement remains minimal on the cable. The durable outer sheath protects the cable against friction, impact, and mechanical effects that may occur in the elevator pit environment.

From a technical planning perspective, the approximate outer cable diameter of 13 mm, weight of 324 kg/km, and 1000-meter supply length help reduce the number of joints and connections in long-distance and deep-pit elevator projects, enabling a more organized and reliable installation.

20x0.75 elevator pit TTR cable is preferred for long-distance, organized, and reliable wiring in elevator pit applications where multiple control and auxiliary circuits are required.
